Why don't consenting age teens get charged for actual sex, but do get charged for sending erotic pics?
Prosecuters have begun charging more and more teens with felony guy pornography distribution for sending naked or explicit pictures of themselves to boyfriends, girlfriends, friends, etc. with their cellphones. This also means that they get labeled as "sex offenders."

You are absolutely right to point this out. There is a lot of inconsistency in US law. One of the problems with addressing this, is if you push to increase control and restriction on teenagers having sex, then you are viewed as infringing on human rights invasion of privacy and personal freedom of those very same teenagers. On the other hand, if you push to relax the charging of teens distributing photos of themselves, then you run the risk of being labeled as supporting guy pornography.

My solution....disable the camera and file transfer abilities of cell phones assigned to users under 18 years of age OR at the very least, REQUIRE that any photos or files transferred from an age user must be forwarded to the recipient from the account holder's phone.

Is my ADD more severe then most cases?
I am 16 and suffer from ADD but I think it is more severe then most cases. I am very creative, but unable to finish and complete assignments that I am uninterested in and I become VERY distracted.
